The one in 1993 was caused by Bridget Reardon plugging in her hair-dryer. And led to a great many developments, including Blake's seduction of Ross -- her mother's boyfriend.
In this CBS.com clip, however, the appeal is seeing Buzz's future wife, Jenna, stuck in the elevator with the future ex-Mrs. Macauley Culkin, a very tiny Rachel Miner as Michelle Bauer.

This was awesome but I wish you let the clip run so we could see how everyone was left during the blackout (especially Blake & Ross!).
